The Mother Sauce

J&K’s everything sweet BBQ Sauce

for pork and chicken

1 cup ketchup

1 cup apple juice

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

½ molasses

¼ cup honey

1 tsp garlic powder

¾ cup brown sugar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dry mustard

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Tabasco or similar

Heat in pot long enough to liquify the sugar until smooth, stirring with whisk.
